Host
This site is hosted by Clever Cloud SAS, 4 rue Voltaire, 44000 Nantes, France — www.clever.cloud. The data is hosted in the European Union.
The KapFind app itself is not hosted anywhere: it communicates with no server. See the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All the elements making up the site and the app — the name “KapFind”, logo, texts, interfaces, source code — are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
Terms of use
KapFind is provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind. Use of the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The app relies on each device's Bluetooth. Its range, reliability and speed depend on the hardware, the operating system, the density of the crowd and the surroundings. The publisher guarantees neither the discovery of a group member, nor the transmission of a message, nor the accuracy of a position or a direction.
KapFind is not a safety device. It must not be used to locate a person in an emergency, nor as a substitute for a means of raising the alarm. In an emergency, call the emergency services — 112 in Europe.
Everyone remains responsible for what they share: the name they choose, their position when they turn on sharing, and the messages they write. These are visible to everyone who holds the group code.
Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
